Delivery and Returns

Colissimo   Standard Delivery (2 / 3 days)  : 7,90 €

With Colissimo, your parcel is delivered hand to hand from monday to saturday, from 9:00 AM till 12:00 AM.
In case your parcel can't be delivered, the postman would leave a non-delivery notice with date and address of the post office where you will be able to pick your pacel up.

Delivery : Your parcel will be delivered by 2 to 3 days
Timing is calculated in working days, excluding week-ends and legal holidays.

Advice : Get your parcel delivered at work and avoid any need to go to the post office.

Attention : From the date mentionned on the non-delivery notice, you have 15 days to pick up your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouses.



Chronopost   Express Delivery (24h) : 12,90 €

You fancied on a product or have a last minute gift to offer, chose the express delivery with Chronopost. In case your parcel can't be delivered, the postman would leave a non-delivery notice with date and address of the post office where you will be able to pick your pacel up.

Delivery : Your parcel will be delivered next day before 1:00 PM for any order place before 11:00 AM.
Timing is calculated in working days, excluding week-ends and legal holidays.

Conseil : Get your parcel delivered at work and avoid any need to go to the post office.

Attention : From the date mentionned on the non-delivery notice, you have 15 days to pick up your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouses.


Returns

We always take full attention on each of our client and each order is processed with maximum care. However, it could be that the product you received do not match your expectations (size, colour) or that you simply have changed your mind about it. 

In this case, you have 15 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the product you do not want to keep.

Our return policy:

- Prepare the article in its original and complete packaging
- Complete the coupon below and attach a copy of the delivery receipt to your parcel
- Send the parcel by COLISSIMO SUIVI (tracked parcel post) to the following address:

As soon as your parcel has been received and checked, we will send you an email confirming your return. 

Our refund policy:

Once your parcel and product(s) have been checked, we will proceed to the refund.
We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been confirmed or refused.

The refund will be effective on your bank account by:
- 2 to 3 days if you have a direct debit card
- 30 days if you have a deffered debit card
